• Spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
• You have your own veranda in the communal patio garden and well located on the wind coming from the hill on Bonaire.

Long term rental:

• Price is per month excluding utilities (gas, water, electricity, garbage collection service, final cleaning).
• Deposit: one month payment within a few days of reservation.
• Payment on NL account possible.
• Rental period: minimum 3 months.
• Linen and towels are provided and you must wash yourself.
• Possibility to use washing machine.
• No transfer to and from airport.
• No cleaning in between.
