Terms and conditions

Long term rental:

• The mentioned price is per month excluding utilities (gas, water, electricity, garbage collection service, final cleaning).
• The deposit is equal to one month's rent and must be paid within a few days of booking.
• Payment on NL account possible.
• Rental period: minimum 3 months.
• Linen and towels are provided and you have to wash yourself.
• Possibility to use a washing machine.
• No transfer to and from airport.
• No cleaning in between.
